Operations Engineer | BFSI, Mumbai

About the role

A successful applicant will have: Strong understanding of equity trading operations, including broker feeds, reconciliations, positions, and P&L workflows. Experience partnering with trading, operations, and risk teams to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions (3-6 years).

What you'll do

• Build critical trading, reconciliation & reporting workflows end-to-end
• Build and automate workflows supporting equity trading operations
• Manage data pipelines, reconciliations, and operational reporting processes
• Partner with trading, risk, and operations teams to solve business challenges
• Use Python, SQL, and AI tools to improve efficiency and reliability

What you need
