Operations Engineer

About the role

bp is looking for an experienced operations engineer to support bp India. The position provides operations and engineering support to offshore facilities as part of a technical service provision. This role will be based in Mumbai and the successful candidate is expected to work in a diverse multi skilled team.

What you'll do

• Process surveillance, monitoring and optimizing oil and gas offshore operations
• Review and analyse production deferrals and identify and implement improvement actions to prevent recurrence
• Use of root cause analysis techniques for elimination of recurring failures
• Support integrated hub capacity reviews, identify and implement debottlenecking and production opportunities
• Recommend upgrades and improvements to main complex and well head platforms to enhance production
