About the role
The Operations Executive is responsible for leading all inbound operations within the assigned Service Centre, ensuring timely receipt, unloading, scanning, sorting, reconciliation and processing of shipments while meeting Blue Dart's service commitments and operational standards.

- Timely Resolution of Operational Exceptions Impacting Customer Service
What you need
- 2–4 yrs of experience
- Reporting
- MIS reporting
- Reconciliation
- SOP writing
- Warehouse operations
- Scanner use
- Diploma or Class 12
