About the role

As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in our CLM Domestic Diversified | Manpower - Back office department. Your primary focus will be on optimizing operational processes, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, and providing support to the customer care team. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Play a crucial role in our CLM Domestic Diversified | Manpower - Back office department
• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow in the back office
• Collaborate with the customer care team to resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly
• Implement and maintain effective operational procedures and policies
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
