About the role

As an Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in our company's success by supporting the Customer Care Executive (CCE) team. Your primary focus will be to ensure efficient and effective operations, enabling the CCEs to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for coordinating and streamlining various processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the team.
