Operations Executive

About the role

The Operations Executive will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day business activities, ensuring smooth operational processes, coordinating with various departments, and supporting the management team in achieving organizational goals.

What you'll do

• Coordinate GPS/device installations with customers, fleet owners, and installation partners
• Update and maintain Excel trackers and control tower dashboards
• Monitor shipment/device tracking and ensure data is accurate and up to date
• Verify customer and shipment data and correct errors or discrepancies
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth operations
