Operations Executive

About the role

The Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing various operational tasks in the back-office setting.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth service operations
• Assist in back-office tasks such as data entry and documentation
• Maintain records of operational activities and performance metrics
• Communicate with clients and customers to address any operational concerns
• Assist in the coordination of day-to-day operational activities

What you need

• 1–7 yrs of experience
