Operations Manager

About the role

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end operations of the business. This role requires a strategic and execution-focused professional who can oversee Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Customer Operations, Vendor Management, Marketplace Operations, and Cross-functional Coordination.

What you'll do

• Work closely with the Founder to execute operational strategies and business priorities
• Drive end-to-end operational excellence across all business functions
• Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners
• Supply Chain & Procurement
• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from sourcing to customer delivery

What you need

• 7–8 yrs of experience
• Coordination
• SOP writing
• MIS reporting
• Inventory management
• Reporting
• Warehouse operations
• Any graduate
