About the role

As an Operations Manager at our venture builder, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient processes across all functions. You will play a critical role in optimizing resources, improving operational effectiveness, and supporting the growth and scalability of our venture builder ecosystem.

• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimise efficiency and streamline processes across all functions
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the venture builder, including resource allocation, project management, and performance tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks and develop solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness
• Monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and identify areas for improvement
