Operations, Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management

About the role

We're looking for someone who has: Strong experience in operations management within the life sciences sector. 18-20 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environments with a strong track record in operations leadership. Proven experience leading multi-site global manufacturing operations and supply chain functions across regulated markets.

What you'll do

• Lead Global Manufacturing & Supply Chain Operations
• Own End-to-End Global Operations Strategy
• Lead global Manufacturing and Supply Chain operations across multiple sites in India, Ireland, and the USA
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business growth, productivity, and profitability objectives
• Drive operational excellence, capacity utilization, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across all facilities
