Operations Specialist/Associate Manager Ops

About the role

We are looking for Operations Specialist to manage reconciliation, settlements, disputes, and banking partner operations across card and payment programs. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with banking, finance, product, and technology teams to ensure seamless and compliant payment operations.

What you'll do

• Manage daily transaction reconciliations across Credit Card and UPI programs
• Perform end-to-end reconciliation of settlements, suspense accounts, fee accounts, and operational ledgers
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, mismatches, and exceptions in coordination with Product, Technology, Finance, and Banking partners
• Support settlement and accounting operations through preparation and validation of operational files and reports
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer disputes and chargebacks across card and payment programs
