  • Enter export container details accurately and within required documentation cutoffs
  • Capture container information received from supplier and trucker emails, spreadsheets, and PDFs in FOPS
  • Track and verify container information using ClearMetal and shipping-line websites
  • Identify discrepancies between container information provided by suppliers/truckers and shipping lines
  • Escalate potential data inaccuracies to transportation dispatchers for resolution
