Operations Specialist

About the role

The Operations Specialist is responsible for all aspects of recruitment for quantitative and qualitative projects assisting the US Project Managers in making sure studies are delivered in accordance with the specs given by the client. The Operations Specialist liaises with other team members to deliver the project, being fully responsible for the sampling aspect of the allocated projects.

What you'll do

• Assists and manages technical execution of a project’s life cycle
• Assists with programming, link testing, translations, fieldwork setup, and partner coordination
• Manage up to 30 live projects to maintain the knowledge and experience of market research recruitment
• Build a sampling plan for the projects allocated
• Review projects on a regular basis and inform project managers when challenges arise
