What you'll do

A successful Operations Specialist will be mainly responsible for answering Inbound and Outbound calls for references, education, credential and employment verification
Manage Inbound and Outbound calls for employment, education and other references verifications
Investigate and confirm reference credibility
Update reference contact information within database
Answer telephone and email inquiries from candidates and clients concerning the status of a background check request
