About the role

We are looking to hire a full-time Analyst/Associate to join the Tax Operations team. The primary responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to :

What you'll do

• Onboard and monitor our Flex SMA accounts and ensure that they are reconciled, in good order, and maintain appropriate account balances, settings, and positions
• Create and review all client reports and ensure the accuracy and completeness of client reporting
• Review multiple reports from vendors periodically. This could be related to compliance, account settings, or trading activity
• Monitor daily reconciliations and ensure that key account characteristics match to custodian records
• Track and monitor end to end process related to Investment Management Agreements and Transition Analysis to ensure process is progressing

What you need

• 1–2 yrs of experience
• Excel
• Reconciliation
• Compliance
• Any graduate
