What you'll do

• Oversee daily inbound and outbound operations by managing team performance, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of goods
• Monitor KPIs, inventory, and workflows to maintain service levels, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Drive team development and continuous improvement through training, reporting, and process optimization initiatives
