What you'll do

  • Oversee end-to-end processing of Capital Market Operations including Equity, Debt, Mutual Funds, IPOs, Corporate Actions, Settlements, Custody Operations
  • Ensure timely settlement of trades and reconciliation of accounts with exchanges, depositories, custodians, and counterparties
  • Monitor daily operational activities and ensure adherence to internal controls, SLAs, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage and guide a team of operations professionals, driving productivity and performance
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Treasury, Finance, Compliance, Risk, Custodians, Exchanges, and external stakeholders
