What you'll do

Manage end-to-end Capital Market Operations processes including Equities, Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, and Depository Operations
Ensure accurate processing and settlement of trades within defined TATs and regulatory guidelines
Monitor daily operational activities, reconciliations, and exception handling
Liaise with internal stakeholders, exchanges, depositories, custodians, and regulatory bodies for seamless transaction processing
Review and ensure compliance with SEBI, Exchange, Depository, and internal audit requirements
