Operator - SOC

About the role

The Physical Security SOC Operator will be responsible for monitoring, assessing, documenting, and escalating physical security incidents across Warner Bros. Discovery facilities and operations. The role requires continuous monitoring of CCTV systems, access control platforms, alarm systems, life-safety systems, and other security technologies to ensure timely response to security events and operational disruptions.

What you'll do

• Physical Security Monitoring & Incident Management
• Monitor CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, panic alarms, life-safety systems, and other physical security platforms
• Identify, assess, and respond to suspicious activities, security incidents, unauthorized access attempts, and emergency situations
• Conduct initial incident assessment and determine appropriate escalation paths
• Coordinate with on-site security personnel and relevant stakeholders during security events

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• ServiceNow

• Any graduate
