What you'll do

• Own and resolve all issues during the onboarding process to manage client expectations and should be able to handle difficult situations with assertive skills
• Manage queries from multiple teams related to the process
• Identify exception cases, escalate whenever required and work towards resolutions
• Drive and implement relevant KRI and reporting to track aged requests and ensure transparency in highlighting key risk items with effective escalation management
