• Be responsible for overseeing and executing various operational tasks within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector
• Manage and oversee daily operational activities within the BFSI inbound team
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
• Monitor and optimize process efficiency, identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals
