About the role

Oracle-ARCS-AM-US-GGN at KPMG Global Services. The Consulting – Finance Transformation – Oracle is seeking AM (Oracle Hyperion Account Reconciliation Cloud Specialist) to join our growing EPM practice.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle ARCS modules, from requirements through design, build, testing, and go-live support
• Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable Account Reconciliation solutions
• Manage day-to-day engagement activities (scope, plan, risks, dependencies), ensuring outcomes meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations
• Review configuration and deliverables produced by the team enforce standards and best practices
• Mentor junior team members, support proposal pursuits, and contribute to practice assets (templates, accelerators, reusable components)

What you need

• 7–9 yrs of experience
• SQL
• Stakeholder management
• Reconciliation
• Test cases
• Any graduate
