What you'll do

  • Coordinate with Onsite/Offshore Functional Team
  • Provides key inputs to functional lead/manager regarding project risks, issues, and their resolutions
  • Ensure that the project's operational activities run seamlessly and efficiently
  • Provide day to day incident and Service Request support in their track
