What you'll do

  • The consultant will work closely with Sales Operations, Finance, and Business stakeholders to automate commission calculations, incentive plans, quotas
  • Implement and support Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (ICM)
  • Configure compensation plans, quotas, crediting, and commission rules
  • Design earnings calculations and incentive payout processes
