About the role

Production support functional query handling for complex production issues, work with cross functional teams to progress/resolve on a timely basis, ensure adherence of SLAs. Resolve and perform root cause analysis on complex Production Support Issues Partners with business to understand their requirement needs.

What you'll do

• Resolve and perform root cause analysis on complex Production Support Issues Partners with business to understand their requirement needs
• Create / Update training material as and when needed
• Ensure procedural documents are up-to-date
• Participate in User Acceptance testing (UAT) as needed
• Work on complex production support queries and provide timely resolution for tickets, both Incidents and Requests

What you need

• 4–6 yrs of experience
• Oracle Fusion
• Procurement
• Business analysis
• SQL
• Accounts payable
• ERP
• Any graduate
