About the role

We are seeking highly experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultants with end-to-end expertise across multiple HCM Cloud modules. The consultant will participate in requirement gatherings, solution design, configuration, testing, production support, and client-facing activities for US region HCM implementations.

What you'll do

  • Lead functional implementation across assigned HCM Cloud modules
  • Conduct client workshops , gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose functional solutions
  • Perform configuration of module components, rules, lookups, validations, and integrations
  • Work on data migration (HDL, HCM Extracts, FBDI) during implementation phases
  • Manage setup migration from non-production to production environments
