What you'll do

Leading Oracle HCM reporting workstreams using BIP, OTBI, and FDI to translate client reporting needs into actionable analytics
Managing project plans, deliverables, and timelines across multiple client engagements while balancing competing priorities
Coaching team members on report design, data validation, and troubleshooting methods for Oracle analytics solutions
Developing and reviewing dashboards, ad hoc reports, and visualizations that support workforce and finance decision-making
Analyzing data flows across Oracle HCM and connected systems to identify reporting gaps, transformation needs, and integration dependencies
