Oracle HCM Consultant- OTL and Absence

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in OTL (Oracle Time & Labor) and Absence Management . The ideal candidate will have solid functional knowledge, experience in implementation projects, and the ability to manage client-facing discussions, configuration, and end-to-end HCM Cloud delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead and deliver functional activities across OTL and Absence modules in Oracle HCM Cloud
• Conduct client workshops , gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and participate in solution design
• Perform detailed configuration of OTL and Absence modules as per business requirements
• Support data migration activities into Oracle Cloud environments
• Handle migration of setup changes from non-production to production

What you need

• 4–8 yrs of experience
• Any graduate
