Oracle HCM Functional Sr. Consultant (Benefit)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Benefits . The role involves driving end-to-end implementations, engaging with clients, and delivering scalable HCM solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead functional consulting for Oracle HCM Benefit Management modules
• Configure, implement, and support Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Benefits (Functional) modules, including plan design, eligibility, rates, and life event processing
• Design and document functional solutions, configuration workbooks, and process flows for benefits administration in Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for benefits-related configurations and enhancements
• Support benefits open enrollment cycles, including configuration validation, issue resolution, and post-enrollment analysis

What you need

• 5–15 yrs of experience
• Oracle Fusion
• Any graduate
