About the role
As the Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) Product Owner, you will drive the strategic implementation, optimization, and governance of our global Incentive compensation platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, Sales Operations, Finance, and IT engineering teams, ensuring incentive compensation plans, crediting logic, and payout calculations align with business strategy and operate seamlessly.
