About the role

Oracle PAAS Admin - Consultant, Managed Services As a Cloud Technical Consultant within Managed Services, you will support clients in maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions that enable business performance and operational continuity.

What you'll do

  • Support Oracle Cloud technical operations across managed services engagements, including issue analysis, defect resolution, and system enhancements
  • Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, extensions, and data conversion components using Structured Query Language (SQL), BI Publisher
  • Support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Service-Oriented Architecture Cloud, Representational State Transfer services
  • Perform production support activities, including queue monitoring, ticket updates, incident and problem management, and resolution within service-level requirements
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams across delivery locations to support deployments, code migrations, testing, and ongoing system improvements
