Oracle PaaS / VBCS – AMS Technical Support

About the role

An Oracle PaaS (VBCS) Senior Associate responsible for providing L2/L3 technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) applications and Oracle Fusion SaaS extensions within a Managed Services environment.

What you'll do

• Application Production Support: Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle VBCS applications, Visual Builder Studio extensions, and Oracle Cloud PaaS solutions
• REST API & Integration Support: Diagnose REST API failures, authentication issues, payload errors
• Responsible for providing L2/L3 technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting
