What you'll do

• Leading the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle Financials to optimize client financial processes
• Analyzing client needs to develop and implement tailored software solutions that enhance operational efficiency
• Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations and timelines
• Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
• Identifying opportunities for finance process improvements and transformation initiatives
