• Contract management Prepare quotes and contracts for new customers (ByD, S/4, Own IP, CC-flex)
• Create and adjust contracts for existing customers, including add-on purchases, renewals, and Own IP
• Prepare contracts for intercompany (IC) license billing
• Procurement Create purchase orders for ByD, S/4, external service providers, and intercompany needs
• Handle order creation and follow-up for existing customers
