Order Management Senior Specialist

About the role

You will manage the full order lifecycle, from order intake and validation through processing, invoicing, and closure. You will independently handle complex orders, resolve discrepancies with internal stakeholders, and help the team meet processing and fiscal close timelines. Alongside your daily responsibilities, you will support newer team members, share process knowledge, and help improve how we manage orders as our business grows.

What you'll do

• Independently manage order-related tickets and requests across Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, and internal tools within defined service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Review purchase orders, quotes, order forms, contracts, and master service agreements (MSAs) for accuracy, completeness
• Handle complex and non-standard orders, identifying discrepancies in pricing, terms, billing information, approvals, and documentation
• Process new orders, renewals, amendments, and other order-related requests accurately and on time
• Take ownership of assigned close-period activities, ensuring timely invoicing and order closure during month-end, quarter-end, and fiscal year-end
