The Order Processing Virtual Assistant will provide essential administrative support by managing daily purchase order entry and maintaining accurate order records. This remote, junior-level opportunity involves reviewing incoming purchase orders, verifying order details, and entering information into dedicated order management systems.

What you'll do

• Monitor designated email inboxes for incoming purchase orders and ensure timely processing
• Review purchase orders for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before entering them into the order management system
• Ensure all orders are processed accurately and within agreed timelines
• Maintain accurate digital records of processed orders and update order statuses within company systems
• Identify and report discrepancies, missing information, and other order-related issues
