OTC Process Representative-Proposal/Quotations

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Proposal Analyst to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating accurate proposals and quotations based on requests received from Business Development and Account Representatives.

• Work in Business Development (Pricing and Contracts or Proposals and Quotes) or Operations (Sales Order Management or Invoicing)
• The incumbent creates, edits, manages and validates OTC internal and customer data and system documents with attention to details, accuracy and timeliness
• Communicates with team and internal clients
• Provides peer training to new team members
