A successful Executive Director, OTCR, Technology Resilience should have: OTCR Framework Ownership Proven expertise in operational technology and cyber resilience within the banking and financial services sector. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement risk management strategies. Leadership skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and drive results.

What you'll do

Overseeing 1st line T&O Resilience Risk & Control Self Assessments
Develop and implement operational technology and cyber resilience (OTCR) strategies to align with organizational goals
Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of technology risks across the organization
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in technology resilience
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and execute robust risk management frameworks
