Out of Hours Consultant

As a an OOH Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our mission to source nurses across various specialties, midwives, and home care/healthcare workers. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and making a positive impact in the healthcare industry, this role is perfect for you.

What you'll do

• Handling inbound/outbound calls: Receiving calls from clients and candidates and assisting with their queries and attending to their needs
• Interact with customers/clients through phone or e-mail and managing all queries
• Booking nurses/healthcare professionals in to shifts: Reaching out to candidates to find out their availability and booking them into shifts accordingly
• These bookings are across all departments (Nursing Homes, Acute and Complex Care)
• Handling cancellations from clients and candidates and following the processes set to replace: Ensuring client is kept informed on the replacement and or the candidate…
