About the role

As an Outbound Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent across diverse business functions and specialized skill areas. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both domestic and international markets, focusing particularly on lateral hiring and hard-to-find profiles.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both domestic and international markets, focusing particularly on lateral hiring and hard-to-find profiles
• Recruit across areas such as Business Operations, Administration, Accounting, Finance, AI, Automation, and technology-driven roles
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and ensure candidates meet both technical and organizational requirements
