About the role

KS Bakers is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Outlet Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to drive sales while ensuring operational excellence.

What you'll do

  • Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet
  • Achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer concerns effectively
  • Lead, train, motivate, and develop outlet staff
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
