With the rapid pace of change in today's world, you will help provide insights and enable delivery to address questions such as: How do organizations access, develop, and motivate their workforce?

What you'll do

• Responsibilities include but are not limited to
• Develop and implement organization design strategies that support future-state organization structures and service delivery needs
• Prepare and evaluate organization design alternatives against defined design criteria and support leadership alignment on design selection and implementation
• Apply analytics and visualization tools to assess organization design options, operating model changes, and decision-making solutions
• Support governance, decision rights, workforce transition planning, job design, competency modeling, and career path development

What you need

• 5–7 yrs of experience
