P3 Assistant Manager - Taxation

About the role

The Taxation team within the Finance function of PayU Payments is responsible for managing the organisation’s tax compliance, advisory, audit and litigation-related matters. The team works closely with Finance, business stakeholders, external tax consultants, auditors and tax authorities to ensure timely compliance and effective tax governance.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end direct tax compliances for all operating companies, including: Tax Audit Reports (TAR), Income Tax Returns (ITR), Transfer Pricing (TP) compliances
• Statement of Financial Transactions (SFT)
• Coordinate with international tax consultants for direct tax compliances across the UAE, US, UK and Singapore entities
• Analyse domestic and international business agreements from a direct tax perspective
• Manage queries, notices, assessments, surveys and summons raised by tax authorities
