About the role

As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll, and Benefits, you will assist clients in the selection, implementation, and support of these modules to achieve expected business results. You will utilize consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment.

• Work with leading companies across industries, helping them shape their hybrid cloud and AI journeys
• Configure and Test Solutions: Configure and test solutions to meet client requirements, ensuring compliance with local regulations and improving employee satisfaction
• Provide Post-Implementation Support: Deliver post-implementation support to ensure seamless adoption and usage of the implemented solutions
