About the role

Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, overseeing configuration, integrations, and releases. Set platform standards to ensure stability, performance, and alignment with business and vendor constraints. What you'll do

• Provide production support for incidents, service requests, and user-reported issues within agreed SLAs
• Troubleshoot application and configuration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions
• Maintain Vault CRM configurations, including objects, fields, layouts, workflows, lifecycles, and user access
• Support configuration changes, testing, releases, and post-deployment validation
• Investigate data discrepancies and integration issues in collaboration with technical teams
