Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance. -Proven hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Sales and Order Management (SOM/SOMT), with a primary focus on Order Management, Order Orchestration and Order Activation

What you'll do

Configuring and supporting the lifecycle of simple and complex products, bundles, promotions and pricing rules
Integrating SOM/SOMT with OSS/BSS and external systems using REST APIs, IntegrationHub or middleware
