Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

About the role

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

What you'll do

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with teams to deliver effective integration solutions
• Own technical decisions related to API integration design, development, configuration, and implementation
• Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key integration and architecture decisions
• Provide solutions to complex integration challenges across immediate and cross-functional teams
• Design, develop, configure, and maintain API integrations using Axway API Management solutions

What you need

• 6–11 yrs of experience
