About the role

Connect seamlessly with stakeholders in remote, onsite, or hybrid setups as per the project. A successful Technical Associate should have: 7+ years of technology recruitment experience, ideally with India exposure. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Manage C2H hirings for our tech client in Hyderabad
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver on hiring targets
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using innovative sourcing strategies and modern recruitment tools
• Handle C2H hiring as per client needs, ensuring speed and quality in delivery
• Coordinate interview scheduling, facilitate feedback collection, and ensure smooth on boarding for selected candidates
