About the role

This full-time remote role is for a Paid Ads Specialist. The Paid Ads Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective paid advertising campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads. The candidate will also monitor ad spend, conduct A/B testing, and provide reports on campaign results.

What you'll do

Develop and execute paid advertising strategies aligned with business goals, target audience, and budget
Conduct audience research and keyword analysis to inform campaign targeting and messaging
Collaborate with internal teams to align paid advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies
Create and launch paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others
Set up ad creative, targeting parameters, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking
