Paid Media Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in paid media and performance marketing, with a strong ability to execute, optimize, and analyze digital campaigns.

What you'll do

• Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid channels, including Search (SEM), Display, Social Media, and Affiliate Marketing
• Support the development and implementation of performance marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition and retention
• Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, creatives, and targeting to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for performance improvement
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights
